1.1. Ownership of Content and Materials (Ιδιοκτησία Περιεχομένου). The Website, and all of its contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, code, databases, text, displays, images (including all hotel, room, and amenity photography), video, audio, graphics, design, presentation, selection, and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Materials”), are the intellectual and industrial property of the Hotel, its licensors, or other providers of such material. The Materials are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek Law 2121/1993 (Copyright, Related Rights, and Cultural Matters), as well as applicable European Union and International Intellectual Property (IP) laws.

1.2. Hotel Trademarks and Distinctive Signs. The Hotel name, logo, trade names, distinctive signs, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Hotel or its affiliates/licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Hotel. Any use of the Hotel’s trademarks that is likely to cause confusion among consumers (under Greek and EU trademark law) is strictly prohibited.

1.3. Limited License Granted to User (Περιορισμένη Άδεια Χρήσης). Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Hotel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and view the Website and the Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use to browse, learn about the Hotel, and make legitimate reservations.

1.4. Prohibited Exploitation and Reproduction (Απαγορευμένη Χρήση και Αναπαραγωγή). You must not copy, reproduce (fixed or temporary), distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Materials or content on our Website, except as follows:
You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
You are expressly prohibited from using automated tools, software, algorithms, or devices (such as robots, spiders, scrapers, or deep-linking) to access, obtain, or copy any Material or the underlying structure/database of the Website. The unauthorised systematic extraction and/or re-utilization of the contents of the Hotel’s database is prohibited under both Greek and EU law.

1.5. Moral Right (Ηθικό Δικαίωμα). As the author of the original content (photographs, descriptions, etc.), the Hotel reserves the right, which is an inalienable and unassignable element of copyright under Greek law (Moral Right), to claim authorship of the work and to object to any distortion, mutilation, or other modification of the work that could prejudice the Hotel’s honour or reputation.

1.6. User Content License. If you submit, post, or upload any content to the Website (e.g., reviews, comments, or photos), you grant the Hotel a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
